We appreciate you choosing us. If you want to return your order, you can return the Product and get a refund under the following conditions in accordance with the Distance Sales Agreement you have approved for the relevant Product.

  • In case you have made your payment in installments via credit card, the return policies of the relevant bank for installment sales shall be applied. We do not have any authority to intervene.
  • To return the Product, you must choose the shipping company specified in the relevant distant sale agreement. Otherwise, except in situations where we have expressly permitted, it cannot be presumed that the Product has delivered to us.
  • If the Product is returned for any reason, the Buyer shall be responsible for the shipment fee, customs duties and costs that may arise due to the shipping of the Product.
  • Following your order, if we have not yet delivered the relevant Products to the shipping company, you can cancel your order. In this case, you must contact us by one of the methods listed below for withdrawal/refund. After your cancellation request is approved by us, we initiate the process for the refund of the price charged for the Product.

You are entitled to return the Product without providing a reason within (14) fourteen days starting from the date on which the Product is received by you or delivered to the third person at the address indicated. In any case, exceptional circumstances in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised are reserved. These circumstances are detailed in the relevant distance sales contract.

Used, unpacked, damaged or expired products shall not be accepted in any way.

  • The Product and its quantity subject to the right of withdrawal
  • Sales price
  • Order date and delivery date
  • Full name, surname and address
  • Date of withdrawal notification

To exercise your right of withdrawal and return the Product/s, you should contact us with one of the following methods within the relevant period. In case the Product is returned directly without using any of these methods, we shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss of the Product or any expense.

Within 10 days from the withdrawal notification, you should send the Product back to the abovementioned Product return address. The Buyer is solely responsible for any shipping costs, taxes, customs costs and additional expenses that may arise from the return of the Product/s. The Buyer, under all circumstances, shall return the Products only to via the shipping/cargo company specified above with which the SELLER has an agreement with, or which can be selected from the Platform if the SELLER allows.
